About Advantage Accounting Tax Services
Advantage Accounting and Tax Services is a recently founded partnership resulted from the merger between “Guelph Trust Bookkeepers” and “Prosperity Financial Solutions”. Advantage accounting carried forward lots of values and strength from previous companies and continue to focus on providing a comprehensive package of professional accounting and tax services to small businesses at affordable prices.
Through previous companies and the newly founded company, we proudly served more than hundred small businesses in various industries including restaurants, retail stores, auto-shops, health club, haul and trucking companies, driving school, processionals, IT consultants, export and import businesses, constructions & renovation companies, and others. We also severed several hundreds of individuals with various type of income and various tax return complications.
Advantage Accounting headquarter is in Kitchener, ON, at 5 Manitou Drive, (Country Boy Plaza), However, we will continue providing our services to all surrounding areas including Cambridge, Guelph, Milton, Mississauga, Brantford and Hamilton.

About your accountants
Mahmoud Abdalla: Co-founder and a Partner in Advantage Accounting & Tax Services , a holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and the “American” Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation, with over 25 years of progressive experience in finance, professional accounting and tax consultancy. He has special expertise in small business analysis and development and highly competent in addressing small businesses needs for financial planning, accounting, tax advice and advocacy.
Khalid Osman: Co-founder and partner in Advantage Accounting & Tax Services, has more than 15 years accounting and financial experience with several sized companies in various industries. He holds Bachelor degree in accounting, a Master degree in business administration, the “American” Certified Management Accountant “CMA” designation and the CFP “Certified Financial Planner” designation. Mr. Osman also completed several courses in taxes & financial services and is a designated QuickBooks pro-advisor.
